I want to create a Python package/module/script that uses Bokeh to create a version of this figure produced by Kate Generelli at the Center for a Responsible Federal Budget (CRFB).
USempl_JobsByInd

I want this function to automatically download the data from the BLS API and create the chart, similar to the functionality in the USempl_NormPeakPlot repository.
