Firmware should implement this feature like on the original firmware.

NOTE: the LCD don't send this parameter information to the firmware. Maybe LCD uses it internally to filter if will send the cruise control to the motor controller, when the user long press the down button.
Maybe we can implement like this, after the controller is powered on, will wait for this information and enable the cruise control from constant throttle.
