[FEATURE-REQUEST]: Management of user preferences

Hi guys, is there a plan to include user preferences management on the control panel?
This is related to the usr_preferences table from the opensips database.

@Shidersz , this will be very easy to do once we have completed the migration of the tviewer engine into the OpenSIPS CP core. After that it will be a matter of 1h to do such a new tool
