Allow font selection for the CTD editor

Currently the CTD editor renders the text using mesfont font only.
Implement a functionality on the UI to allow to switch between the fonts cmdfont, helpfont, numeric and menufont.

I imagine it should be just a drop down list where you can select the font, then in the code the right FontsArc.Font should be passed as a parameter to the CtdDrawHandler.

The change is quite easy and straightforward and it is a good first issue for a newbie.
