i sometimes get these errors in error log and then have to restart apache to resolve it.
oidc_util_http_call: curl_easy_perform(2/2) failed for (null) with: [<n/a>]"
oidc_util_http_call: curl_easy_perform(1/2) failed for (null) with: [No URL set!]"
