Specify a Issuer_specific_redirect_uri

Hello,

I did not realize until recently that "Issuer_specific_redirect_uri" variable expects a boolean. How can I specify a redirect uri specific to a provider?

Context:
I have two providers each should handle their dedicated path. Cookie path are set accordingly.

More context but probably unrelated:
Usage of a discovery url on my secondary location gets in a 302 loop where target_link_uri gets appended till 414.

So my issue was simple, it doesn't matter that you are connecting to protect path A or B, just have a single redirect uri on one of them and use it for both.
