Spectrum or FFT output

I am thinking about building an AC line monitor using OpenHantek with an RPI and had a couple of questions about FFT output.

1. Is there any existing method for exporting FFT or Spectrum data?
2. If FFT output is possible, what kind of output rate is possible?

I would like to add a little more data to my power meter outputs and monitor AC line spikes and noise spectrum (<10MHz)
