Map of DTM for Europe:
In order to develop a Map of DTM, you need to download a layer with
information about the height of the surface like DTM layer from EUHydro
source. To analyse the DTM you can use the tools available in
both QGIS and GrassGIS – Raster-Analysis-DTM. The algorithm
processes satellite images, converts the point layers. The result is a
3D image layer with the possibility of spatial visualization of the
studied area. For the map, you need to prepare scales to display
data.

I suggest, you just add EU-DEM data source to available layers https://land.copernicus.eu/pan-european/satellite-derived-products/eu-dem/eu-dem-v1.1?tab=download

The WPS could offer DMT analysis, such as Slope or Aspect calculations. Those can be done in GRASS GIS or using gdaldem command line tool. I do not see any usable process in https://geo.indecosoft.net/geoserver/wps

But it would be maybe easier to pre-calculate the slope and aspect map for whole europe in advance and publish as e.g. WMS.
