Hi - I have some amplicon (with UMI) data (ultra high depth for targeted regions) which I preprocessed with fastp, aligned and now running gencore to dedup. The files have been running for 11 hrs by now (and still running) - is it normal or could there be some error. Any suggestions to speed this up.
