Remove gufe key checks as part of the tests. #358

GUFE key stability (between environments) is not an API requirement.

GUFE key stability within the same environment is a needed.

We need to:

Remove tests (or allow them to fail) that check gufe key stability between different instances of the tests
Make sure we have sufficient tests in place to check that gufe keys are stable within the same test instance
