Augmentation API usage and license? #391

The WebClipper is open source however most of the work is done by the Augmentation API which is hosted on Microsoft's servers.

So I'm wondering what is the license for using this API? For instance if I fork WebClipper for my project, can I use the Augmentation API with it?
