Enable access to notebooks stored only on PC

Currently, OneNote Web Clipper can only save to notebooks stored on OneDrive or SharePoint. Clipper can not save to notebooks that are stored only on a local PC.

There are many reasons for which a person or organization may not wish to sync/share/store a OneNote notebook on OneDrive or SharePoint. The only options remaining for those persons appear to be "printing" to OneNote (the resulting pagination and other artifacts are far less than ideal), or doing a "select all/copy/paste" of the web page into OneNote (the result still requires a quite a bit of cleaning up). Clipper is far more capable and does all that we need, but unfortunately can not access "local only" notebooks!

Please consider modifying OneNote Web Clipper to enable the option to store to a local location, as other Office products currently do. This would be a huge improvement for many of us! Thank you.
