Suggestion: enable discussions for this repository

I don't speak French, but I find this project very interesting. Enabling discussions could provide a low-cost space for the English-speaking community to ask questions and share experiences around using Arsenik.

I found Arsenik by chance in the Keyboard Layouts subreddit and was pleasantly surprised on how much it has in common with a project I have been working on for a good part of this year. I would love to know more about the reason behind some of the design decisions of this project and the impact it has had on its users.
