Tefsir info

The Tefsir information should be visible outside the table. This way the user can choose it and change the langauge even if the word is not available in the chosen tefsir.

Reproducing the bug:

• Open Rehber and chose English Tefsir.
• close rehber and try this link: https://okuyun.github.io/Rehber/finder.html#t=%20biriniz%20

Solutions:

• Passing the tefsir info through links.
• Showing tefsir always - this can help if the user is aware of the error.
