F1 modifies settings

When the help is invoked (F1) single-line mode is lost

The settings is not being saved in general, I think the problem is caused by missing function.

Let me restate the issue:

• start in one-line mode
• press F1 for help
• complete the help sequence
  You are not in one-line mode
  F1 modifies the settings

The help menu is enforcing a full mode to show the tefsir information, in the one line mode that's not possible, do you think that it would be better to save the state before and after the help menu?

I believe "one-line" is the most useful mode and "help screen" is a cute implementation They should not harm each other :)

No need to save it before -- just reset the state after the help
