Update Configuration for jest, eslint, and prettier

Motivation

The configurations for Jest, eslint, and Prettier have been set to their initial states, and there is a need to review and possibly update them to better suit our project’s requirements and conform to the latest best practices. The review process aims to identify any discrepancies, outdated settings, or areas of improvement in the existing configurations.
