Describe the bug
Refer to #12548
After publishing the App to the organization, I see the App as supported on all M365, Outlook and Teams.
I don't see App Availability Setting either in Dev Portal or in Teams Admin center

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Follow steps as outlined in Teams App preview [dev portal or visual studio] results in Error - "There was a problem reaching this app" #12548
  2. open Teams dev portal and try to locate App Availability setting
  3. open Teams Admin Center, locate your App it will show and observe supported on information in the top App info Card. It will show you App availability on all M365, Outlook and Teams
  4. Look for App Availability settings in the application when opened in the Teams Admin center. You can't find the setting.

Expected behavior
I should be able to locate App Availability setting for choosing either or combinations of target channels - M365, Outlook and Teams in Teams Dev Portal, Teams Admin Center and via Manifest.json
