Currently, attempts to build on macOS via build.sh fail during the task, DotnetPublish. It is unknown if other problems exist with the build process when running on macOS. It is suspected that builds are currently broken. Furthermore, .NET 5.0 should be considered as a target for builds to mitigate issues seen with the build; particularly, build issues with SSL support. This is a feature that's now supported in .NET 5.0.

I've experienced the build.sh script failing on MacOS due to SignTool.exe being unavailable. (Obviously, since that's a Windows executable and not a Mac executable.)
