Subject: [PATCH 1/2] feat: This is the final version of the Octopus Deploy
 plugin for Bamboo that can be hosted on Atlassian Server due to Atlassian
 ending support for all Server products. Future versions of this plugin will
 be approved for Atlassian Data Center instead. Please refer to Atlassian's
 migration guide
 (https://www.atlassian.com/migration/plan/upgrade-to-data-center-guide) for
 more details on how to keep using this plugin. Please also note that 
 Atlassian Data Center has different product licensing requirements, so a new
 license may have to be purchased to use future versions of this plugin.
