ST2 is not supported - particularly given that MavensMate doesn't support ST2, I can't see any reason to do the extra leg work to support it at the moment. However, if there's any demand for supporting ST2, will look into it, and Pull Requests with support will definitely be looked at if anyone wants to contribute! Indicate interest here if you'd use an ST2 plugin
