More instructions?

Saw your blog and wanted to check out the file. I'm not a cocoa pod user so A. this project isn't really "self contained" and/or B. would be great if you could add a little more descriptive instruction on exactly how to set up cocoapods for this project. (I've tinkered with cocoapods but not a regular user so i have to go back and read a full tutorial just to remember what to do- thought I would see a .xcworkspace file or something. sorry for being a newb.)
