Current behavior

While creating a bullet list from a template either explicitly or through fromHTMLBodyString() a XmlValueDisconnectedException is thrown.

Expected behavior

Generate the bullet list without exception (worked in version 3.3.2)

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

Generate the attached template to reproduce (using Capella 7.0 in case it matters)
test_Template.docx

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

Fixing the regression
