sometimes, the create page is just empty when I click on 'create' in the nav bar

I was running into this multiple times today, but couldn't get any useful debug output 😥

I just saw this, too.
Interestingly, the activeChapterIndex in LessonMaker is -1 here - this might be causing the empty page?
