UI in Open Dialog is Strange

I understood after a while that the green ones are supposed to be section headers, but I think we should visualize that differently. Maybe two different tabs?
Also I think it would be nice to show the icons here :)

react-select supports grouped options out of the box, fully stylable. are we using this?

Nope as far as I can tell we're using a ListGroup.
