Remove the option to specify exact resource placements. Too difficult to maintain and I don't think anyone uses it. #279

It's too much of a headache to try and manage both. Cleaner to just support better auto place rules.

Or I need to add in support for placing gleba resources, because that isn't supported right now other than using auto place.
