🎨 App route directory suggestion

As it is now possible to add sub maps as shown in #10, I suggest we restructure routing of the app being:

/ - Home page where the Philippine map is
/about - About the project and author
/metro-manila - Sub map for metro manila
/<other-sub-maps> - For future sub maps

Let's maintain a navbar of some sort to provide easier navigation for the users.
