Unmapped places

We have ~2k unmapped villages in OSM. Let's improve these areas! I'm still specc'ing a workflow, collecting ideas here.

Neis posted an update and numbers for PH actually increased, which means new places being added without adding road networks. They kept the same methodology, which generates a lot of false positives in the past.

2020 count for PH is ~2,800

Neil revised the metrics beginning 1/1 to include more roads (secondary, tertiary) in addition to residential, unclassified, and service which caused a significant drop in numbers:
