Make downloads folder with pdf/epub variants of documentation available

It would be incredibly helpful to have an offline reader friendly version of these docs for when trying to do research on the tool.
Would it be possible to make the offline formats available either directly on the main docs site or as 'releases' attached to this repository?

That's a great idea. We don't create releases on this repo, but I'm guessing if we did we would specifically for this purpose.

It also seems it could be added directly to the read-the-docs as just a download generated when the docs are updated. That might be better than generating a 'releases' entry in github.
