Much like the old job composer, the project manager should display a table of files that are in the project directory.

What this looks like I can't say exactly, but I'm guessing it should look/feel like the file browser table (possibly even just be it).

Let's start this with just a files table much like the one in the file browser.

However, instead of using javascript and json to pull the data, I would like to start to refactor this to be turbo streams. So this will likely add more to the files controllers so that they can respond in turbostreams.
