I don't know if this is this apps or the file picker's problem and if it matters if the users of this app are all using Chrome or Firefox.

It shows up for me with the versions below. I refreshed a bunch of times to be sure. I don't think they let you downgrade without a rollack of the entire OS,

Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0 with Microsoft EdgeHTML 17.17134
