AMBPatcher is finally fixed

Added a lot of tests

AMBPatcher

Now it can extract AMB files from WinPhone version
Rewritten ini reading
Sorts file list before patching (now mono behaves the same way as wine/windows)
Now it can actually add files with different name (rename before/when patching)
Crash fix adding file into AMB file with the same name
Crash fix when console window's width is 0
