Show the dates that we don't have any votes recorded with the membership

Currently an MP’s all votes page, with there are no votes recorded during the time they were party of a specific faction (one of their memberships) then we say:

No votes listed as Former Група "Відродження" Верхо́вна Ра́да Украї́ни for Виборчому округу №141

Wouldn't it be helpful here to know the dates that this period covers? That seems like it would be pretty helpful context to understand the meaning of this information.

When this page is filtered to just show rebellions, then it could explain why there are no rebellions during a specific period, which isn't obvious from just saying there were none during the membership. The user wont know the times the person joined and left that faction.

I wonder how common this is?
