OHMI relations have same labels with RO ones #6

Two relations were added in OHMI and are available in RO. We should consider to deprecate OHMI ones and use RO relations if they have same meanings. Otherwise, consider to relabel the terms.

replace by: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/RO_0002200 has phenotype

http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/OHMI_0000481 has host
replace by: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/RO_0002454 has host
