The FDA approved the drug Anktiva (nogapendekin alfa inbakicept) in April 22, 2024. It needs to be added/updated with the new RxNorm IDs for the ingredients and dosage.
Vocabularies are updated twice a year, therefore, we can't include the latest versions - there will always be a small delay. The concepts are in RxNorm already, therefore, we will add them to the next release.

You can always add custom concepts to standardized vocabulary tables (concept, concept_synonym, concept_relationship, and, in some edge cases, even concept_ancestor) with a concept_id > 2bil.
We do not recommend this solution in your case since it is related to the concept of curated terminology, already present in Athena.
The next release is planned for February, could you manage it?
