For changing check results, we've got this issue (still open, but still worth keeping in the backlog as it's definitely a potentially useful feature 😃 ): #268

For changing thresholds in the default threshold files, we will report out on these in release notes (we've got a batch of these coming soon).

@ericaVoss does either of those cover what you were asking about, or is there something else you were referring to? (I know this issue is ancient so no pressure to reply if this is no longer relevant 🙃 )
