WORK ON THE REQUIREMENTS IS IN PROGRESS

Overlap with Hydra (?)

Introduce "analysis-builder" component:

Take envelope as input (header describing analysis metadata e.g. analysis type + body containing analysis definition)
Produce runnable package as output for later consumption by EE

Envelope -> analysis-builder -> R package with standardized structure -> EE -> outputs with standardized structure
