Problem's description

Connect to a OCS Server with a valid Certificate but with TLS forced to Version 1.3 gives an error on connect because of the OpenSSL Lib used in OCS TLS 1.3 is not supported. Is it possible to Update the OpenSSL Version Lib to a lib with 1.3 enabled?
