[16.0] project_timesheet_time_control not compatible with project_timesheet_holiday

timesheet is created with today date, not the time off date

Describe the bug

When you have project_timesheet_holidays and project_timesheet_holiday, and you validate time off, the timesheet is created with date of the time off, but time and date is today, not the right date.

To Reproduce

1. Create time off, aprobe and validate (not for today)
2. Go to timesheet and check date time.

Expected behavior
The timesheet must be created with the time off date.
