Getting Error: "Product Model not defined, Please contact your addministrator"

Hi,
Im setting up Product Label (Dymo) report to be added

to Print Menu. However, everytime I go to Sales - Product - product label (PDF), it prompts "product model not defined, please contact administrator"

I m doing it under Administrator and I basically give all access to print all the access right? Can you guys guide me to how I can get it resolved. I still can click on Print Labels and select the layout to print, but it took too many clicks for me.
