Looks like Core Maintainers team is not assigned to the oca/hr-expense repo

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open https://github.com/OCA/hr-expense/settings/access?query=core
2. You will not see the team Core Maintainers (I think so, since that I don't have permissions to check it)
3. I just realized since that I tried to merge the following PR [17.0][MIG] hr_expense_invoice: Migration to 17.0 hr-expense#256 (comment) and it showed me the following message: Sorry you are not allowed to merge.
4. Or maybe, Could it be that my user was removed from Core Maintainers?

Expected behavior

After using the following message:

/ocabot merge nobump

Don't show the sorry message
