how to set delay to avoid ban

Hi, this is a piece of art, the system work very good for last few months.
but looks like there is some problem, last week my 3rd bot get banned using this program.
maybe... it is still maybe, about the delay problem,
is there any clue where can i put the delay somewhere in the sourcecode ?

I was wondering too one of my bots got deleted the second one still runs maybe that changes if he will be used more then once in 5 seconds!
