Feature Requests: Delay Between Forwards & Clone Past Messages

First of all, thank you for this project. It is as useful and as easy to use as it gets.

• Paid forward bots offer delay between forwarded messages to avoid ban. I didn't get banned yet and don't know at what rate you get banned but it doesn't hurt to be cautious.

• Ability to forward old messages also would be very useful.
