HUD/Canvas options: Buttons in virtual keyboard and confirmation boxes are not accessible.

Describe the Bug
There a couple of places in the HUD settings in Counters+ where the buttons aren't clickable.

When adding a canvas in the Counters+ options, I can only click on a couple of keys on both side of the virtual keyboard. Most buttons are not accessible (the example in the screenshot is the 'D'-button not being accessible):

When deleting a canvas, I'm unable to select the 'Yes' button on this confirmation box:

On a side note: I'm also guessing that it is not intended that the list of canvases is visible in front of the keyboard/confirmation box.

Adding onto this, sometimes I'm not able to exit the counters screen, like the button be clicked but it wont leave the Counters+ screen and I have to restart. Not every time, but often enough that its annoying
