After the I2C driver is done, we need a display driver so users can quickly draw graphics.
Maybe base this around some kinda SSD13xx solution like https://luma-oled.readthedocs.io/en/latest/intro.html.
There's a Pico SSD1306 library at https://github.com/daschr/pico-ssd1306 for inspiration.
