The Elevator Pitch

Create a Plugin SDK for different hosts like MSBuild, Roslyn, and Visual Studio extensions to address the issue of transitive dependencies and vulnerabilities. This SDK should help manage the API surface area without taking on the responsibility for servicing the implementations of that surface area.
