OSX Binaries no longer working #1

Since upgrading to latest OSX, binary build no longer works.

Upgraded SDL2 to latest
No upgrade for SDL2_mixer at current time

May rebuild SDL2_mixer manually and use custom built library instead of the one from site.

Debugger Segfaults immediately after Window Create.
