The rendering is correct.

When you move your mouse cursor in certain directions, this bar appears. Here for example in the top right inventory slot.

(I tried it in the Forge 47.3.0 version)

I found the same bug with the optifine, the armor is not displayed correctly

I have now reinstalled my entire Minecraft and only installed JEI and Avaritia. In CurseForge I have installed the latest Forge version and the latest Avaritia version.

However, I have this bug. I don't understand why you don't have this :(

Have tested your new alpha update. The old graphics bug is gone, but it is in a different location
