[Bug/漏洞] 1.18.2 forge服务器mod不生效 #18

平台: Windows 10 22H2
Java version: openjdk 17.0.5
forge version: 40.2.0
atom-sweep version: 1.0.0 (curseforge)

mod不生效，atomsweep指令也提示不存在。
同时atom的配置文件夹未被创建，而在config文件夹下被创建了sweeper-common.toml (mod被加载了但没运行?)
服务器没有其他的mod，仅有此mod

一样的问题，1.20.1，Forge版本47.3.11，BetterMC4整合包，启动时生成了配置文件，但是MOD完全不生效，输命令没反应，运行时把MOD文件删了也没显示占用，MOD版本1.0
