Some method to preview e-mails

Not found anything in CakePHP to do this but it would be really good to be able to preview emails with certain data (would be awesome from a dev point).

Would be even better if we could come up with some form of editor so that non-devs can edit those e-mails (but we have issues of how we specify variables in the e-mail)
