np.Tidy: Show published notes

@clayrussell asked about how to see what notes you have that have been published. So I wrote a 3-line template to do it. Feels like a nice/easy command for np.Tidy to have.

BTW, I was somewhat shocked to see I have 39 published notes. I had no idea I had published so many!

In the future, maybe add a callback command/link to unpublish a note by removing the published ID (publicRecordID) assuming it can be written.
